Birthing Doula

I will stay with you for the entirety of your labor, no matter the duration, and no client is ever charged more for longer labors. After birth, I will stay with you for up to 4 hours and continue to serve as a support system for 6 weeks in the form of 2-3 postpartum visits. Every birth is different and my primary role is to serve and hold space for you as my client, so that you may have the birthing experience that aligns with your vision.

• 2 customized prenatal visit

• Development of a birth plan through informed decision making

• Massage

• Body Work/Overview of hands-on comfort measures for yourself and support person/partner

• Unlimited text/email support for last month of pregnancy

• On call 24/7 from 37 weeks until birth

• Immediate postpartum support in the home, birth center or hospital for up to 4 hours following birth

• Sealing Ceremony

• 2-3 postpartum visits to discuss birth, answer questions and connect to community resources.

• Heating Pad

• Rebozo

• Cold Packs

• Music

• LED lights for a peaceful setting

• Crystals/Sage/Palo Santo (to cleanse and protect the space with your permission)

• Copies of your established birth plan (to provide to medical staff)

• Personal bag (Change of Clothes, Phone Charger, Feminine Hygiene Products)
