Prenatal Doula

Prenatal support gives you all the benefits of hiring a doula without inviting them into your birth space. Access to education and unwavering support leading up to your birth.

Pregnancy and birth are very transformative and spiritual journeys. They can often be coupled with feelings of uneasiness. As your prenatal doula, I am here to give you advice, guidance, and support throughout the entire process. After our initial meeting, I can meet with you and/or your birth companion(s) for 2-3 prenatal visits. During these visits, I will offer customized birth and postpartum education and activities. We will practice trust-building exercises, create and review your birth plan, and I will offer you massage and bodywork to aid in relieving any physical discomforts. We will discuss ways you want to cope with labor pains and internal processes you and your support team can employ in your birthing ceremony.
